Payment Terms
- We accept payment by bank transfer, MasterCard, Visa, FPS, Wechat/Alipay or Cash deposit only.
- All product prices listed are in HK dollars.
- Your purchase shall be subject to our sole discretion and availability of stock. A final and conclusive invoice will be presented to you upon delivery.
- Rapture Fine Wines Limited reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.
Delivery
- We offer FREE delivery for single location for purchases over HK$5,000. For orders under HK$5,000, a delivery charge of HK$180 shall apply. For urgent order, a delivery charge HK$300 will be applied.
- For local delivery, we offer secured cartoon box packaging. For other packaging materials required by client, certain fees maybe applied.
- For local stock, upon settlement of payment before 3pm of the day, we offer next day local delivery for most of the areas in Hong Kong terrotories. For certain areas in the New Territories and outlaying islands, it takes 2 - 3 working days.
- All orders must be paid before delivery.
- Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery.
- We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the designated delivery time.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us immediately of any change to their delivery address or delivery time.
- We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
