Meet Cindy Kwan, the calm force behind the scenes who keeps Rapture Fine Wines running smoothly every day. As our Sales & Operations Manager, Cindy oversees everything from client fulfilment and inventory coordination to the daily flow of warehouse — ensuring that when we say “if we list it, it is ready to go,” we truly mean it.

Cindy particularly loves Champagne — whether it’s a classic grower bottle, a special cuvée, or something new and exciting to share with clients. Her enthusiasm for bubbles is infectious, and she’s always happy to help customers discover the perfect bottle for celebration or quiet enjoyment.                                       

Outside of work, Cindy loves pairing Champagne with her favourite TV shows — turning ordinary evenings into little celebrations. She also has a particular talent for drawing, and you’ll often find her sketching when she’s not immersed in the world of fine wine and bubbles.
