He has an impressive background as an ex-sommelier at renowned establishments like Amber and Caprice and has worked alongside the celebrated wine critic James Suckling.
Tony is a master of food and wine pairing, and if you're ever at a loss for where to dine, he's the expert you can trust.
A professional foodie and wine lover, his true loves are champagne and pinot. His WSET Level 3 certification is just a small reflection of his deep wine knowledge. Cheers to Tony!
